Normo nominated for the Dezeen Awards!
Among the 32 nominees for the Dezeen Award in the Sustainable Design category was Profim's Normo chair, designed by Maja Ganszyniec.
This year, during the fifth edition, a record 5,400 entries were received from more than 90 countries.
This is why these awards are now considered the most "global".
Why Normo?
This seemingly inconspicuous chair hides powerful knowledge and sets new standards in mass production of upholstered furniture. This is a new norm not only for the Profim brand, but for all those who wish to follow the path of circular economy.
The seat and back structure is made of 100% recycled plastic, and the total proportion of recycled materials in Normo is 50%. At the end of its life cycle, the chair can be taken apart and recycled up to 94%.
The Dezeen Awards are a benchmark for international design excellence and the highest honor for architects and designers around the world.
